Meeting notes should be useful - not overwhelming. Ulla transforms recorded conversations into concise, readable summaries using a consistent block-based structure designed for clarity and actionability.

But how exactly does this work?

🧠 Structured by Design

Ulla analyses the full meeting recording and organises the summary into logical, digestible blocks. Each part is focused on what matters most:

  1. Key Points Discussed

A clear list of the main ideas, decisions, and questions that came up during the meeting.

  1. Action Items

Highlighted separately - who should do what, and when (if mentioned). Perfect for tracking accountability.

  1. Closing Remarks

Final thoughts, next steps, or simply how the meeting wrapped up - all captured with context.

👥 What About Participants?

Ulla detects participants from voice and calendar data. While she may not always recognise speakers accurately on the first try, names can be edited manually - once corrected, Ulla will remember them for future meetings and apply speaker recognition accordingly.

Note: Ulla does not display participant roles such as “CEO” or “Legal Advisor” - only names.

🧩 Summary Templates by Plan Ulla offers different summary formats depending on the subscription plan:

  • Personal Plan – includes the standard summary structure shown above.
  • Professional Plan – allows you to choose from industry-specific templates. For example, a legal team can use the Attendance Note format.
  • Enterprise Plan – offers fully customisable summary templates tailored to company needs.

💬 Need a Different Format? Just Ask

Each meeting page includes a built-in chat with Ulla. Users can request alternative summary formats (e.g. bullet list, short overview, timeline, or document-style layout). Simply describe what you need - Ulla will adjust accordingly.

📝 Note: Ulla currently generates summaries in English, regardless of the language spoken during the meeting. This ensures consistency for distributed, multilingual teams.
